Vsphere’de Sanal Sunucuyu açarken “A general system error occurred: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it” hatası alıyorsanız. Vsphere sunucusuna bağlanarak “VMware vCenter workflow manager ” servisini start ediniz. Sorun düzelecektir.
